THINKWARE CONNECTED Service is an intelligent communication-based service designed to enhance vehicle and driver safety by integrating with dash cams.
It utilizes various communication methods to establish a real-time connection between the dash cam installed in the vehicle and a mobile app.
This service enables immediate access to key events that occur while driving or parked, offering features such as impact notifications, driving history, and remote live video monitoring. By enhancing both driver convenience and vehicle security, THINKWARE CONNECTED Service allows users to easily monitor their vehicle's status—whether they are on the road or away from the car.

1. Connecting the dash cam to a mobile hotspot device or a Wi-Fi network with Internet access will consume data. Carrier/Service Provider charges may apply.
2. The smartphone used to set up the Internet connection on the dash cam cannot also be used as a mobile hotspot for the dash cam. A different hotspot device/smartphone is required.
3. To connect the dash cam to the internet, use the Thinkware Dash Cam Link App. Once the dash cam is connected to the internet, you can go to the Thinkware CONNECTED app to get access to CONNECTED features.
Strong Impact Notifications while Driving
A serious impact stronger than 3g will trigger the Thinkware CONNECTED to show a notification on the app and send an emergency message to your registered contacts. The notification and message will contain crucial information like where the accident took place and a link to a 20-second video clip of the accident (10 seconds before and after the impact). This clip is saved on the server automatically and you can access it later as well. This feature is helpful in case of a potential major incident so your loved ones or fleet manager can take swift action.
Impact Notifications
when Parked
If an impact is detected while the car is parked, the app will receive a notification automatically. A 20-second video of the incident (10 seconds before and after the incident) is also saved on the Thinkware CONNECTED server if the user gives consent, and can be checked later from the app.

Emergency Message
In emergency situations, when you are unable to reach the phone, pressing the REC button on the dash cam for more than 3 secs will send an emergency message to your registered contact.

Driving History
Find important information like the location of your vehicle, whether it is parked or driving, your routes, driving behavior, battery voltage, etc. all from the app.
PLATFORMS
You can access the THINKWARE CONNECTED on both the smartphone app as well as your mobile and desktop browser.
The dashboard on the desktop version gives a summary of the driving behavior of each vehicle linked to the account. If you are a fleet owner who needs to monitor a number of vehicles, managing the THINKWARE CONNECTED features on your PC or laptop might be a more practical option.

- The BASIC PLAN is provided free of charge for the first 3 years (includes a 1-month PREMIUM trial: 1 month + 35 months).
- 1-Month PREMIUM Trial: When you first register the U3000 PRO, you will receive 1 month of PREMIUM service free of charge. After the trial, the service will automatically switch to BASIC.
- When the 3-year basic service period ends, no free extension will be provided, and the service will be automatically terminated.
- You can upgrade to PREMIUM anytime during the 3-year basic service period via in-app purchase.
- The plan will start from the payment date and will be applied after the dash cam reboots.
- You can purchase a CONNECTED Plan (BASIC / PREMIUM) anytime via in-app payment, regardless of the basic service period.
- Choose between a 1-month or 1-year plan. Multiple plans can be purchased.
- Pricing is shown at checkout in the CONNECTED App.

- When you purchase a PREMIUM plan, it is applied immediately from the payment date.
- Any remaining BASIC period will be paused and applied after the PREMIUM plan ends.
- All plans are fixed-term and do not renew automatically.
- Plans are valid only for the registered dash cam and cannot be transferred when changing devices.
- Since plans are linked to your account, they cannot be transferred even if you give your dash cam to another user.
- If no plan is purchased after the basic service ends, the USIM will be automatically deactivated and a new USIM must be purchased to resume service.
- We recommend purchasing a plan before the basic service period expires if you intend to continue using the service.
- Paid plans for this service are available via in-app purchases on Google Play and the Apple App Store. Refunds are handled in accordance with each store’s policies.
The LTE Plan is free for the first 5 years.
Once the initial 5-year period ends, service will not renew automatically and will be discontinued.
Note: Existing T700 customers are guaranteed 5 years of service. Afterwards, you may extend service by purchasing a plan.
Regardless of the 5-year basic service period, you can purchase an LTE Plan via in-app purchase at any time to extend the service.
