Where can I view my sales receipt?

You can view your sales receipt by logging into your account on our website. Once logged in, navigate to the ‘Orders’ section, where you can find and download your sales receipts for all your past purchases.

How can I return an item?

To return an item, please contact us with your return request before returning the item. Orders can be returned within 15 days of initial receipt. 

Shipping fees for returned items back to Thinkware, including warranty items, are the responsibility of the customer. All returns must include a tracking number as we are not responsible for damaged or lost returns.

Refunds will be processed in 2-3 business days upon receipt of returned product at our warehouse.

 

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

We do our best to restock items that are marked as “Out of Stock.” However, restocking timelines can vary depending on the item.

Where can I ship my order?

You can ship your order to any valid address within the regions we service, except for P.O. boxes and outside of Canada.
