I ordered this, needing a new dashcam for my mom’s car. This dashcam is a solid choice for anyone seeking reliable, high-quality footage. The image clarity is exceptional, capturing even the smallest details in various lighting conditions. Its feature set is impressive, offering a range of customization options to suit different driving styles and preferences. The inclusion of GPS is a definite plus, providing accurate speed and location data. Its easy enough for my mom to use as well.
While the dashcam’s construction and mounting options are top-notch, its power connector proved to be a minor inconvenience. The lack of a standard USB connection required additional wiring, which added unnecessary complexity to the installation process. Additionally, relying on an app for certain functions might be frustrating for those who prefer a standalone device.
Overall, this dashcam offers excellent performance and a robust feature set. If you can overlook the power connector and app dependency, it’s a worthwhile investment for peace of mind on the road.

Great balance of technology and money
Easy to install. Great price point for the quality of the camera and sensor technology. Haven’t had to rely on it yet, but all the tests gave me great quality video. Bought a second one for my other car. Don’t need to have a screen on it; the lack of one makes it slim and out of sight. Have it on a Outback.

Lots of cool features!
I have been using this dashcam in the car my son and daughter are learning to drive in. It records high-quality video in all lighting conditions and has options for customizing settings to different driving styles, which is convenient for multiple drivers sharing the same car. The GPS accurately tracks speed and location, but the power connector has been a bit inconsistent… sometimes it disconnects for no reason, but it’s a rare occurrence. I like the app, but I don’t like that I have to use it for certain features because it takes some time to connect.
My favorite things about this dashcam is that it captures clear images day and night with different recording modes and automatically deletes old footage to free up space for new videos when storage is low. The automatic shut-off feature in extreme temperatures is helpful, especially since it’s usually ridiculously hot here, even hotter in a parked car.
